Stux Provides home delivery or pick uk from Stux HQ od products purchased on www.stuxgloves.com
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 11am UK time will be processed the same day. Orders received during the weekend or UK public Holidays will be processed the first day after.
Once order is packed, the parcel will be picked up by the carrier (Royal Mail), which will then be shipped to their destination, At the time shipping the customer will receive a email to be confirmed it has been shipped. Delivery times take 2-3 business days from the order confirmation. Black Friday or Christmas May effect stated delivery times due to the amount of packages for the shipping company.
We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that offers for free deliveries will be activated on the payment checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Stux's mission is to provide the best customer service, if your are not satisfied with our products, you can return the items for a full refund within 14 days. the best service for exchange, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your new order for replacement items online.

Please return to the address provided on our mailing bag, Please send a email and notice via our contact page with order number. Buyer is responsible for shipping and the return cost. Always use a trackable service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The return items most be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take 2-10 business days after the credit has been applied, depending on your credit company. Please wait a couple days to contact us, since there is some processing time before the refund has been applied.
